Slacking

Wow sorry I have been slacking at posting. I have just been so very busy making candy for the holidays that I just haven't had time. I've got some new pictures and will be posting them soon. The kids are on vacation and I just want to spend some time with them before they head back to school. I will try an get some of the pics up this week.

Only 2 more weeks

5K Walk/Run

Well today I am doing my very first 5K walk/run with my son. Truthfully it will be mostly a walk, but I'm doing it so that is the important part. The walk is to help raise money for scholarship for the Take Stock in Children program. I will let you know how it went later. Say a prayer and wish me luck.

Getting Ready for the Market

    Been making cake and cookie pops all day, trying to get ready for the Ellenville Farmer's Moonlit Market tomorrow night. I came up with 2 new flavors this week Chocolate Cappuccino and Almond Joy. Haven't done the pictures yet but I'll get them on here soon. They smell soooo good!

   If you live local you should come on out to the market 220 NE 11 Street, Boca Raton. Right off Federal Hwy and Glades Rd. We'll be here from 4pm - 8pm. come out and enjoy great live music, awesome food, pick up some local produce, fresh bread and of course swing by and pick up some candy and pops from me.

Grilled Goat Cheese Pizza with Grill Romaine & Grape Salad

After watching Alton Brown grill pizza, I decided to give it a whirl myself and WOW! Wish I had tried this earlier. I didn't any idea what I was missing and neither do you. When I made mine I decided I wanted a salad with it and decided to keep with the grilled theme. My kids went crazy for it. The colors are so beautiful and the flavors OH MY. Good Morning

Woke up today and it is beautiful outside. So I decided to enjoy a cup of coffee out on the porch. And I started thinking and talking to myself....

I said "Self what are you going to write about? What do you want to share? Do you really think people will be interested?"

And the response was "You are going to write about anything that pops into your head? You are going to share pictures and recipes and fun craft ideas that you get. And if people are interested cool and if there not that's cool too. So go on and blog away because you have things to say."

I think I am going to set up pages so that when you come check me out instead of having to read through everything you can just click on a page that you are interested in are that makes you happy.And if you want to comment or shoot me an email cool go ahead.

I did it I uploaded my first picture on my blog. Woo Hoo! I'm on my way. These are some of the yummies I make. Double Stuf Oreo Pops with various sprinkles. They run $2.00 each or $5.00 for 3.
